Refund&Replacement / Warranty
The Company reserves the rights to refuse claims made after this time frame;
Original postage/courier charges are non-refundable.
Any item/s damaged or lost during shipping will be replaced by carrier (see above Deliveries)
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required before the item may be considered for a refund/replacement
Buyer must take into account the description of the item prior to requesting a refund, if the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is still unsatisfied the seller cannot be held liable
If an order is placed or supplied incorrectly it shall be the responsibility of that party to bear any associated costs
The item/s have not been added to, modified, varied or changed by any person other than The Company.
The Company has the right and sole discretion whether to repair or replace faulty parts.
All cartridges, Clear cartomizers, cleartomizers, E-liquids, disposable cigarettes and bonus items are considered a consumable item and as such are NOT covered under our warranty policy.
Company policy states that all full price items sold from this service unless otherwise stated shall have a minimum 1 month expiry.
To the exclusion of any discounted items, all hardware holds a three 1month manufacturer warranty
Warranties are not redeemable for cash.
Warranties are non-transferable beyond the original buyer.
Purchase or invoice numbers will be required as proof of purchase.
All warranties provided only cover manufacturer’s faults.
These warranties do not include cover for normal wear and tear of a product. All items void warranty if seen caused due to; water damage, products exposed to excessive heat, or not stored or maintained as per product care instructions, unauthorized repair and/or modification, misuse, abuse or use of the product for a purpose other than what it was intended, neglect or careless storage.
If a devise is examined by us and determined to have been mistreated we may refuse a refund and /or replacement of this item.
In some cases we may request photos or other forms of evidence from the buyer as proof of damage.
The Company is liable for sending the replacement item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported.
The purchaser much fill out a warranty form prior the company reissuing any item under warranty.
With the exception of warranty claims, any sale goods returned or refunds required by the customer will only be accepted by The Company at its sole discretion, if they:
Are returned within 14 business days of their delivery and/or collection
Are unopened, undamaged and in their original condition
Not clearance stock, out of expiry date or goods notified to the customer as non-exchangeable /non-refundable and void of warranty
